Morning Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 cups of baby spinach or kale
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • handful of ice

Directions

  1. Pour milk into your blender followed by spinach, avocado, apple, mango/pineapple, lemon juice, chia seed/flax seed, protein powder and ice.
  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
