Morning Greens Smoothie
Morning Green Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1-2 cups of baby spinach or kale
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
- juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- handful of ice
- Pour milk into your blender followed by spinach, avocado, apple, mango/pineapple, lemon juice, chia seed/flax seed, protein powder and ice.
- Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
