Ingredients

  1. 1 cup light coconut milk
  2. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  3. ¼ cup chia seeds
  4. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  5. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  6. ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  7. Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the milk, yogurt, chia seeds, coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt and mix until ingredients are mixed throughout.
  2. Pour into glass/plastic containers or jars with lids. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

One serving is approximately 370 calories without added toppings. It contains 26 g carbs, 21 g protein, 12 g sugar, and 12 g fiber.
