Overnight Oats
How did we live our lives before discovering overnight oats?! Overnight Oats is basically cold oatmeal that has been soaked overnight. Soaking the oats overnight gives the oatmeal a thick and creamy texture (sort of like rice pudding if you have ever had that). LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

Ingredients
- 1/2 C old fashioned oatmeal
- 1/2 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 C plain fat free yogurt (regular or greek)
- 3 medjool dates (chopped-do not buy dates that are already chopped…buy whole dates and chop yourself)
Directions
- Soak the above ingredients overnight. Add Flax, Banana, and a generous amount of cinnamon, and more almond milk (if needed) in the morning and enjoy!
*NOTE* you can make whatever combination of overnight oats you want!! you can try using raisins, nuts, blueberries, PB…whatever you like!
