Whipped Ricotta Banana Oatmeal

- 1/3 C oats
- 2/3 C water
- 1/2 T chia seeds
- sliced banana (added at the beginning- and whipped with a wooden spoon while cooking)
- 1/4 c ricotta cheese (added in at the end)
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- Almond Butter to top
Directions
Add the oats, water, chia cheese, sliced banana, cinnamon and vanilla to a pot. Cook until the oatmeal is pretty much done. At the very end of cooking, add the ricotta cheese, stir, and take off the burner. top with Almond Butter and enjoy!
