Striped Bass
Our Uncle Art and cousin Billy are both wonderful fishermen. They stick a line in the water and fish are practically fighting over who is going to bite it. We love when they bring us over freshly caught fish. One Saturday, they brought us over a ton of Striped Bass that they had caught the day before. There is nothing better than fresh fish. We like to keep things fairly simple when it comes to fresh ingredients. This is a simple but delicious recipe that you can use on many different types of fish.
