Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Chop Veggies (Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, & Carrots)
- Toss chopped veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, & garlic powder.
- Place in casserole dish and roast for around 45 minutes.
