Stir fried veggies with rice noodles

This side dish is a perfect pair with our sesame crusted tuna.  The vegetables in this dish are very unique .  The sesame oil and soy sauce really give this side dish a great flavor.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Rice Noodles
  • Chopped Broccoli
  • Chopped Carrots
  • Snow Peas
  • Bok Choy
  • 1 can of Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 can of Bean Sprouts
  • 1 can of water chestnuts
  • Soy Sauce
  • Canola Oil
  • Sesame Oil

Directions

  • Prepare Rice Noodles according to package directions. (immerse in a bowl of water for 15-20 minutes)
  • Heat large pan over medium high heat with a mixture of sesame & canola oil.
  • Place vegetables and soy sauce (to your liking) in pan and cook.
  • Serve with the Sesame Crusted Tuna.
