Chocolate Thunder Smoothie
The Chocolate Thunder Smoothie is Christina’s favorite. She loves the combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. It’s just like Mary’s drink of choice…the White Lightning Smoothie…except this one is Chocolate flavored instead of Vanilla! This smoothie can be enjoyed anytime but is especially beneficial immediately following a workout. This smoothie is high in protein and therefore is the perfect recovery drink.
- 1 frozen banana
- Scoop of chocolate whey (or soy) protein powder
- ~1 C chocolate soy/almond milk
- 1 big spoonful of Peanut Butter
