Spoons Cafe is located in the Federal Hill area of Baltimore.  A great spot for breakfast and lunch– but particularly breakfast!

Egg White omelet with spinach, tomatoes, and onions, whole grain bread, fruit, an Arnold Palmer, and green tea:

some sort of Mocha Latte

2-2-2: Two Fresh Eggs (Any Style), two pieces of bacon, turkey sausage or ham, and two homestyle pancakes or two slices of French Toast

They also make their own ”homemade organic granola” here with rolled oats, almond, sunflower seed, coconut, raisin, flaxseed, and pecan. VERY GOOD!
